Angelo De Filippo

Born in 1961, he holds a law degree. He was the head of trade union relations at a number of large companies and later became Managing Partner at international consulting firms specialized in Organization and Management of Human Resources. Over his thirty-year career, he has collaborated with the most important private enterprises in the manufacturing, financial and services industries. He has worked closely with primary industrial associations for structuring new territorial negotiating models. He teaches several Masters courses at universities  and business schools, frequently presents his work at conferences and is the author of many publications.
 
 

Marco Nicodemi

Born in 1970, he holds a degree in Economics, with a post-graduate specalization in HR Management. For over 20 years, he has worked in the field of Organization of Labour as Head of Human Resources and Corporate Organization for national and multinational companies and as  Senior Advisor on consultancy projects for public and private companies. He is an expert in Industrial Relations and the cost of labour,  and has defined and negotiated restructuring and reorganization plans, 2nd level platforms and corporate contracts at numerous industrial and commercial companies.
