Pietro Ferraris’ practice is focused mainly on matters concerning building code and construction matters, also with reference to the legal framework applicable to commercial and business authorizations (commercial authorizations for medium and large-sized structures) and environmental laws and regulations (and in particular, laws on waste disposal and decontaminations), and advises local public entities and local governments (Provinces and Municipalities) as well as public companies that are wholly-owned or partially-owned by such public entities, which operate in the public services management sector.
